As the year comes to an end, I find myself feeling deeply grateful. Grateful for the learnings that challenged my thinking and made me a better leader. Grateful for the achievements that were only possible through collaboration, resilience, and trust. And especially grateful for the people. This year reinforced something I strongly believe: results matter, but culture matters even more.
