Every summer, we take a full day and step away from everything work-related ☀️ Our annual family picnic brought together the whole crew 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 - people from every corner of the company, their families, their kids 🧒👶, and the colleagues who retired but still show up every year. The programme kept everyone busy from morning to afternoon. The kids had their own workshops 🧩 while the adults got mixed into teams across departments 🤝 - the kind of setup that puts you next to someone from a completely different part of the company and reminds you there's a whole world of colleagues you only ever wave at in the hallway. The conversations that happened over food and games 🎲 are the ones that don't fit into a calendar invite. Someone who joined recently getting to hear stories from people who were here at the very beginning. Departments that rarely overlap suddenly finding out they have more in common than they thought 💬✨. Everyone went home in a good mood 😊.
