Many thanks to the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. for accepting our research and to all organizers of this year's 2020 PICE Virtual National Convention and Technical Conference with a theme Understanding the Past, Engineering the Future, Moving Forward to the Challenges of the New Normal. Earlier, I was able to present our research virtually (under the Structural Engineering Session) entitled Road Research Project on the Use of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Polymer Waste (Plastic Bag) as Additive or Modifier in Hot Mix Asphalt by yours truly co-authored with Engr. John Cedrick Chan, MSc, Bureau of Research and Standards, Department of Public Works and Highways.
