✨ TechTonic to ULIP ✨ Six months ago, winning HUL TechTonic Season 7 at the national finals in Bangalore became a defining moment of my MBA at IIM Calcutta. What made it even more special was what followed. On the same day, I was selected for a Pre Placement Interview, which I was fortunate to convert into a Pre Placement Offer for a summer internship at Unilever as part of the Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP), even before the placement season began on campus. Today, I am back at the same table, opening my onboarding kit from Unilever 🎁 The welcome hamper feels like more than a thoughtful gesture. It represents the journey from presenting at the Unilever office to now preparing to join as a summer intern. The framed photograph from the finals, alongside fellow finalists and the HUL team, will always remind me of belief, resilience and showing up when it mattered most.
