Swork Studio, a 15-year-old creative powerhouse based in New Delhi/Gurugram, is seeking a General Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth. With expertise in architectural and product photography, corporate events, weddings, and brand storytelling, we collaborate with corporates, startups, real estate brands, and agencies to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Key Responsibilities include: - Overseeing daily operations across our Studio, Events, and Weddings divisions. - Managing internal teams, setting goals, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Streamlining workflows to improve operational efficiency. - Supporting business growth through strategic planning and exploring new opportunities. - Maintaining and growing client relationships across verticals. - Acting as the key point of contact for major clients and projects. - Monitoring budgets, resource allocation, and profitability. - Developing and executing operational and business strategies to ensure client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in operations, business management, or general management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - A hands-on approach with strategic thinking. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
