You think: “what a perfect day…” And then… police stops a truck, traffic jams, a tire blows, last-minute changes… suddenly you forgot to notify your driver is arriving earlier… oh no, there’s a booking! Driver lost his ADR license! 😱 One million little disasters appear out of nowhere. Some clients don’t even believe it. Except you. You know. 😌 And your colleagues — only those in transport truly understand.
