The organisations that will lead with AI are those building the capability to operate it at scale. At the recent Singapore Computer Society AI Conference 2026, our Partner, Innovation, Giuseppe Manai, shared a grounded perspective during his keynote on what it takes to lead transformation in an AI‑forward reality. 𝟭. The challenge has shifted from "what" AI can do to how well organisations can control, observe, and trust it in live environments. 𝟮. 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Scaling requires AI-ready data, digital resilience, and robust AI governance and safety to move from pilots to real-world outcomes. 𝟯. 𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Success depends on "bilingual" talent—professionals who combine technical AI fluency with deep domain knowledge and responsibility. Looking ahead, the emergence of Physical AI, where intelligence operates in live, real‑world environments, will raise expectations further around safety, resilience and human oversight. In these critical times, AI leadership isn't about speed—it’s about the foundations we build today to ensure AI augments our organisations rather than adding complexity. #NCS #SCSAIConference2026 #AI #PhysicalAI #AIFluency #DigitalTransformation
