The organisations that will lead with AI are those building the capability to operate it at scale. ​ At the recent Singapore Computer Society AI Conference 2026, our Partner, Innovation, Giuseppe Manai, shared a grounded perspective during his keynote on what it takes to lead transformation in an AI‑forward reality. ​ 𝟭. 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹. As copilots evolve into autonomous agents, AI is starting to execute work across systems. Scaling requires AI-ready data, digital resilience, and robust AI governance and safety to move from pilots to real-world outcomes.  ​ 𝟯. 𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.
