Celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD) at NCS!🌟 ​ From meaningful conversations to moments of restoration, our IWD celebration brought together 80 women across NCS to centre on a powerful theme: "Give to Gain." It was a day dedicated to the collective impact we create when we invest our time, advocacy, and mentorship in one another. ​ Highlights of the day: ​ • Our women leaders—Wynthia Goh, Charlotte Chiew, Dorothy Oskar, E Fang Yap, Min Fern P., Qiu Ying Zhang, Carol Seah, Sharon Tan, NEO Chia Yann, and Eileen Goh—shared career reflections and explored practical ways to uplift the next generation of leaders. ​ • Attendees were invited to make a "Give to Gain" pledge, committing to meaningful initiatives through the Women in NCS (WIN) People Network.  ​ • Our Chief Scientist, Shaowei Ying kicked off our new leadership sharing series, "Leading with Strengths", with insights on navigating innovation in the Age of AI. ​ • We wrapped up the day with a gentle yoga session led by our very own Deirdre Chong, to recharge and refocus. ​ As we move ahead, we are committed to building an environment where women can lead, thrive, and drive meaningful impact across NCS. ​ #NCS #NCSLife #IWD2026 #WomenInTech #DEI Sam Liew, Lance Foo, Elaine Koh
