One day. Exponential momentum. ​ 𝗡𝗖𝗦 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 has officially come to a close! 🌟 ​ This year’s forum was graced by our Guest of Honour, Mr Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies. Under the theme 'AI to the Power of ‘n’,’ the energy on the ground was unmatched. We shifted the conversation beyond incremental productivity gains to focus on how organisations can achieve true 10X transformation by embedding a strong ecosystem of technology and redesigning core operations into the very fabric of enterprise operations. ​ As we rewire to become an AI-led tech services organisation, we are transforming how we organise, build, deliver and operate. We emphasised that AI should not be viewed as a standalone technology, but as a multiplier—amplified by transforming your business operating model to reap the most gains. We also shared lessons from real-world AI deployments using the 3Rs (Return on Customer, Employee, and Future) framework, alongside four operating pillars—Cheaper, Better, Faster and Safer—for AI to deliver measurable business outcomes. ​ Bringing together over 1,500 business leaders and tech practitioners, the forum delivered thought-provoking plenaries, expert-led Impact DevCon sessions, and over 50 cutting-edge innovation demos.
