We're proud to share a key milestone in NCS’ responsible AI journey. ​ The Ministry of Manpower Contact Centre (MOM CC) has attained ISO/IEC 42001, the world’s first international standard for an AI Management System (AIMS). ​ This marks MOM CC as the very first project in NCS to achieve ISO 42001 under this new AI management standard, affirming the robust governance, risk management and accountability measures embedded in how AI is designed, deployed and managed within the project. ​ It reflects a disciplined, end to end approach to ensuring AI systems are transparent, ethical and aligned with regulatory and societal expectations. ​ This achievement is more than a recognition; it strengthens how we embed responsible AI governance across our projects and supports the broader adoption of AI standards across NCS. ​ #NCS #ISO42001 #ResponsibleAI #AIGovernance #DigitalTrust Sam Liew, Earl T., Lan Geok Lim, Albert Koh, Chun Kiat Tan, Benedict C., Fanny Lee, Darrell Leong, Vivan Chen, Eric Tan
