𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 ​ At NCS AI Impact 2026, our Chairman, Lim Swee Say shared a perspective on what it will take to move beyond today's AI bottleneck. ​ While AI has advanced at unprecedented speed, many organisations are still grappling with a critical challenge: translating AI's potential into meaningful business outcomes. At the same time, concerns about workforce displacement continues to grow. The opportunity before us is not simply to adopt AI, but to ensure it delivers value for businesses, workers and future of the organisations. ​ He further emphasised that the path forward is an all-win outcome—one that is: • Pro-business: helping organisations compete, innovate and grow • Pro-worker: enabling better jobs, stronger career prospects and new opportunities • Pro-future: building new capacity and capability needed for long-term, sustainable growth ​ Guided by our 𝟯𝗥 // 𝗖𝗕𝗙𝗦 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸—𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿, 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲—NCS is focused on helping organisations unlock AI's potential in a 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿, 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿 way. ​ Most importantly, it reinforces our belief that the future is not about AI versus Human Intelligence (HI), nor is it just AI + HI.
