عربي | English اللجنة الفرعية في محافظة ذي قار تنظم ورشة عمل حول دور الجامعات في تعزيز السلم المجتمعي أقامت اللجنة الفرعية لمكافحة التطرف العنيف المؤدي إلى الإرهاب في محافظة ذي قار، بالتعاون مع منظمة تموز للتنمية الاجتماعية، ورشة عمل في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة ذي قار حول دور الجامعات في تعزيز التعايش السلمي ونبذ التطرف والعنف، بحضور عدد من الأساتذة والطلبة. وتناول عضو اللجنة الفرعية ومدير مكتب منظمة تموز في ذي قار رزاق عبيد ظاهر، مخاطر التطرف وأسبابه والمسارات التي قد تدفع بعض الأفراد نحو السلوكيات المتشددة، مؤكداً أهمية دور الجامعات في نشر الوعي وتعزيز الخطاب المعتدل والتسامح بين الشباب. وشهدت الورشة عدداً من النقاشات والتوصيات التي ركزت على نشر ثقافة التسامح، وإطلاق حملات إعلامية مضادة لخطاب الكراهية، وتعزيز دور الأسرة والشباب والمؤسسات التعليمية والإعلامية في مواجهة التطرف وترسيخ السلم المجتمعي. اعلام اللجنة الوطنية ٩ نيسان ٢٠٢٦ The Subcommittee in Dhi Qar Governorate Organizes a Workshop on the Role of Universities in Promoting Community Peace The Subcommittee for Combating Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism in Dhi Qar Governorate, in cooperation with Tammuz Organization for Social Development, held a workshop at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Dhi Qar University on the role of universities in promoting peaceful coexistence and rejecting extremism and violence, in the presence of a number of professors and students. Razzaq Ubaid Dhahir, member of the subcommittee and Director of the Tammuz Organization Office in Dhi Qar, addressed the dangers of extremism, its causes, and the paths that may push some individuals toward extremist behaviors, stressing the importance of the role of universities in spreading awareness and promoting moderate discourse and tolerance among youth. The workshop witnessed a number of discussions and recommendations that focused on spreading the culture of tolerance, launching media campaigns against hate speech, and strengthening the role of the family, youth, educational institutions, and media institutions in confronting extremism and consolidating community peace.
