NCC and Arcandum Eiendom have signed an agreement to construct a building for retail activities at Lysaker in Bærum Municipality, Norway. The order value is approximately SEK 200 million. The total usable floor area (UFA) is approximately 9,000 square meters. Construction will commence at the end of May and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2027. #nccab
