[English below👇] Projekt „Zamieszkajmy razem”, realizowany w 🇨🇭 Szwajcarsko- 🇵🇱 Polskim Programie Współpracy #SPPW, wspiera rozwój inwestycji cohousingowych w Polsce, promując dostępne mieszkalnictwo oraz aktywne i niezależne życie 👵👴 seniorów. Koncertuje się na: 🔹diagnozie realnych potrzeb mieszkańców i samorządów 🔹analizie dobrych praktyk (m.in. ze Szwajcarii) 🔹współprojektowaniu rozwiązań architektonicznych i społecznych 🔹testowaniu ich w praktyce 🏡Cohousing – wspólnota przyszłości łączy: 👉niezależność (własne lokum) 👉współdzielenie przestrzeni (ogród 🌳, kuchnia 🍲, strefy rekreacyjne 🛋️) 👉relacje i wzajemne wsparcie sąsiedzkie W Europie Zachodniej to sprawdzony model budowania silnych społeczności. W Polsce dopiero zyskuje na znaczeniu. Gdynia stawia na innowacje – to właśnie tam będzie prowadzony projekt pilotażowy, realizowany we współpracy z Fundacja Na miejscu. Projekt otrzymał ponad 💰4,4 mln zł dofinansowania w Programie Badania Naukowe i Innowacje, Badania Stosowane i będzie realizowany do 2028 roku. Więcej➡️https://lnkd.in/dnYqjCXE --- 🏡Cohousing – The Community of the Future As part of the “Let’s Live Together” project, implemented under the 🇨🇭 Swiss-🇵🇱Polish Cooperation Programme #SPPW, an innovative service is being developed to support the growth of cohousing initiatives in Poland. It responds to two key challenges: 📈 rising housing prices and the need for seniors 👵👴 to live active, independent lives. The project focuses on: 🔹assessing the real needs of residents and local governments 🔹analysing best practices (including those from Switzerland) 🔹co-designing architectural and social solutions 🔹testing them in practice Cohousing is a lifestyle that combines: 👉 independence (having one’s own home) 👉shared spaces (garden 🌳, kitchen 🍲, recreational areas 🛋️) 👉relationships and mutual neighbourly support In Western Europe, this is a proven model for building strong communities. In Poland, it is only starting to gain importance. Gdynia is embracing innovation – this is where the pilot project will be carried out in cooperation with the “Na Miejscu” Foundation. The project has received over 💰 PLN 4.4 million in funding under the Research and Innovation Programme, Applied Research and will run until 2028.
