The ππ ππππ«π§π’π§π ππ§π πππ―ππ₯π¨π©π¦ππ§π Team, in collaboration with the ππ¨π«π©π¨π«πππ πππ¦π’π§π’π¬ππ«πππ’π¨π§ and πππππ«π’π§π ππ§π’π ππππ¦, organized a π π¨π¨π ππππππ² ππ§π ππ²π π’ππ§π ππ«ππ’π§π’π§π for our catering staff. The training aimed to strengthen compliance with food safety standards and enhance personal hygiene practices, ensuring the highest level of safety, quality, and hygiene in all food handling processes while minimizing health and contamination risks. The training was conducted in three batches on June 7, 9, and 11, 2026, with a total of 72 employees successfully participated. Through this training, participants gained a better understanding of proper food handling practices, personal hygiene standards, kitchen cleanliness and sanitation procedures, and the importance of maintaining food safety protocols.
