We’re proud to share the successful completion of our Facility Management Training held from March 24–26, 2026! This initiative brought together 45 employees across Kuwait, KSA, and UAE — with 15 employees from each business location — reflecting our continued commitment to investing in our people and strengthening capabilities across all regions. The energy, collaboration, and engagement throughout the sessions truly showcased the dedication of our teams. The training covered a range of essential topics designed to elevate operational excellence, including: • Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) for continuous improvement • Risk identification and management • Cost-benefit analysis for smarter decision-making • Root cause analysis tools such as Fishbone and Pareto techniques • Setting and measuring KPIs in facility management • Emotional intelligence and effective project management principles With a high satisfaction score of 4.44/5 and strong assessment results, the outcome reflects both the quality of the program and the commitment of our employees to learn and grow.
