nbn is proud to have been recognised at the 2026 Communications Day (CommsDay) Edison Awards last night, taking home Best Telecom Sustainability Initiative and Best Wholesale Telco. 🏆      From reducing our energy usage in our effort to transition to 100% renewable energy to working closely with Retail Service Providers to lift network performance and strengthen resilience, this recognition reflects the impact of strong collaboration in delivering better experiences for Australian homes and businesses.      Collaboration with Retail Service Providers is helping nbn deliver better customer outcomes, supported by ongoing investment in systems, processes and field services to improve performance at scale. Initiatives like Accelerate Great have helped drive a significant uplift in customer experience, while ongoing network upgrades are enhancing coverage and performance, and offering greater access for more Australians, including in regional areas.      At the same time, we’re progressing our sustainability journey, securing renewable energy and supporting new solar projects across the country.  🌱     A huge congrats to all teams involved and to our industry partners in their categories 👏
