4 Days Exploring the 3D Workflow (Sept 2–5, 2025)✅ This past week, I had the opportunity to dive deep into the 3D workflow at one of Production House in the city. Four intense but rewarding days that reshaped the way I see the process of bringing an idea to life in 3D. I started with the foundation: sculpting in ZBrush, revisiting dynamesh, zremesher, and polishing details. Then moved into Rizom for clean UV mapping with proper padding and margins. From there, the workflow shifted to Blender for normal checks and symmetry, before texturing in Substance Painter with layered, realistic skin tones. Interestingly, the process began with Tripo AI, which gave me a fast, efficient base model to refine further. One of the most challenging exercises was creating a “Chicken” character through the complete pipeline: Tripo ➡️ ZBrush ➡️ Rizom Blender ➡️ Substance ➡️ back to Blender for rendering. There were plenty of trial and error moments, issues with symmetry during baking, experimenting with texture layers, but those iterations turned out to be the most valuable lessons. I realized that going back and forth between tools isn’t a setback; it’s an essential part of developing discipline and creativity. What I value most from these four days isn’t just the technical growth, but a shift in mindset: that small details, consistency, and the courage to redo are just as important as the final result. How about you? Have you ever felt that the process of learning ended up being more valuable than the outcome itself?🧐 #3DArt #3DWorkflow #Blender3D #ZBrush #SubstancePainter #DigitalArt #CGI #CreativeProcess #LearningJourney #VisualDevelopment
