What You'll Do: • Collaborate with park leadership and staff to develop strategies for business agreements aligned with park goals and policies. • Develop and manage agreements such as cooperative agreements, concession contracts, leases, and special use permits. • Negotiate terms and conditions with partners and oversee policy and legal review processes. • Define operational, financial, and performance requirements within agreements. • Analyze visitor needs, market trends, and financial data to inform strategic recommendations. • Facilitate communication between partners and NPS staff to support long-term goals and daily operations.
