VISIT OF THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN TO THE NATIONAL MUSEUM Today, on 24 June 2026, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Alexander Nikolaevich Sheldyaev, who is currently on a working visit to the Republic of Tajikistan, visited the National Museum of Tajikistan to become acquainted with the history, culture, civilization, and rich heritage of the Tajik people. The distinguished guest was welcomed at the main entrance of the National Museum by the Director of the institution, Zafarsho Safo Ibrohimzoda, together with the museum’s officials, who expressed their pleasure at his visit to one of the country’s most important cultural and scientific institutions. As part of the visit, a comprehensive guided museum tour was organized for the guest. During the tour, Alexander Nikolaevich Sheldyaev visited the museum’s exhibition halls and became closely acquainted with unique artifacts, valuable archaeological discoveries, significant examples of historical and cultural heritage, and the achievements of the millennia-old civilization of the Tajik people. The guest was also provided with detailed information on the key stages in the formation and development of Tajik statehood, as well as the cultural achievements, arts, and traditional crafts of the Tajik nation. At the conclusion of the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation of the Republic of Bashkortostan expressed his appreciation for the high level of organization of the exhibitions, the rich content, and the presentation of the exhibition halls of the National Museum of Tajikistan. He also left his impressions in the museum’s “Book of Distinguished Guests.” Finally, as a symbol of respect for cultural values and the strengthening of friendly relations, the parties exchanged commemorative gifts.
