Many, including myself, had benefitted from the useful insights from his policy speech and dialogue. Exciting times ahead for the longstanding partnership we have with our friends in Vietnam. While our Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics will be collaborating on leadership training and development, the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, NUS and the Vietnam National Academy of Music will also be working together to develop professional music education.
