Repost from instagram.com/humans_ofnus - Ever wondered who keeps the NUS shuttle buses running? 🚍 Meet Ryan Ch'ng, a former NUS student and bus enthusiast who was so fascinated in the NUS Internal Shuttle Bus (ISB) system that he studied its history and started a blog (@theisbman) to share transport tips. After advocating for campus mobility improvements through National University of Singapore Students'​ Union (NUSSU) , he joined the Mobility Services team at University Campus Infrastructure (UCI) — and the staff who inspired him then became his colleagues. Today, Ryan is thriving in his dream job and is now a Manager at Mobility Services in UCI, where he oversees the very system he once studied — using data analytics to move over 55,000 people across campus seamlessly every day. What once felt like a lone effort now fills him with pride: students show up to focus groups with ideas, genuine investment, and a real stake in the ISB system.
