National Storage is incredibly proud to welcome our largest centre yet: Perth Central. Located in the heart of Perth CBD, this new development represents a key achievement for National Storage. The largest centre in our portfolio yet, the facility offers exceptional convenience, with close access to retail stores, transport and key amenities – making it a strategic hub for business operations, as well as for future growth opportunities. With over 1,500 storage units, the centre is fully equipped with Bluetooth Smart Entry, individually alarmed units and two additional large warehouse tenancy spaces. It features a great mix of driveway, internal drive-up and upper-level units, designed to meet a wide range of customer needs. This remarkable milestone was made possible due to the dedication and expertise of our Acquisitions & Development Team, as well as the continued support and collaboration of our building partners ADCO Constructions. We look forward to continuing to grow and bringing more incredible projects like this to life.
