Jak pogodzić otwartość danych z ich bezpieczeństwem? To pytanie było jednym z kluczowych aspektów wydarzenia „Research Data in Europe: Security, Sovereignty and Resilience”, które odbyło się 2 czerwca w Stałym Przedstawicielstwie RP przy Unii Europejskiej w Brukseli. Spotkanie, zorganizowane we współpracy Stałego Przedstawicielstwa RP przy UE, Narodowego Centrum Nauki oraz PolSCA PAN, zgromadziło przedstawicieli Komisji Europejskiej, attaché ds. badań, organizacji naukowych, europejskich i krajowych infrastruktur badawczych oraz społeczności naukowych. Spotkanie otworzyła Magdalena Kula (Stałe Przedstawicielstwo RP przy UE), Krzysztof Jóźwiak (NCN), Tomasz Poprawka (PolSCA PAN). W czasie wydarzenia rozmawialiśmy o tym, jak budować europejską przestrzeń danych badawczych, która będzie jednocześnie otwarta, bezpieczna, suwerenna i odporna. This question was one of the key aspects of the event “Research Data in Europe: Security, Sovereignty and Resilience”, which took place on 2 June at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union in Brussels. The meeting, organised jointly by the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the EU, the National Science Centre and PolSCA PAS, brought together representatives of the European Commission, research attachés, scientific organisations, European and national research infrastructures, and research communities. The event was opened by Magdalena Kula (Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union), Krzysztof Jóźwiak (NCN) and Tomasz Poprawka (PolSCA PAS). During the event, we discussed how to build a European research data space that is open, secure, sovereign and resilient at the same time.
