🚔We are looking for a Senior Lead for Anti-Racism and the National Police Race Action Plan! The new portfolio for Anti-Racism and the Police Race Action Plan will report to the Operations committee representing the embedding of anti-racism principles across all elements of policing. As a senior leader within policing, you will play a key part in supporting Chief officers providing advice and guidance to them, helping them with challenges and sharing good practice as they deliver the strategy for anti racism in their forces. Please note this role is open to Superintendents (or Chief Inspector's on promotion for national force officers only. Not open for Met Officers on promotion).
