🚔We are looking for a HR and Resourcing Officer! The postholder will work collaboratively with NPCC Senior Leadership Team (SLT), hiring managers and internal/external stakeholders to support the delivery of the workforce planning via Local Resource Planning Meetings and recruitment processes to ensure decisions are within budget and in line with corporate priorities. They will support all staff with standard and complex recruitment administration in fast paced environment, managing the issue of legal contracts and pay agreements.
