The SOC Local Programme Lead operates at a national leadership level within the NPCC Serious and Organised Crime (SOC) Portfolio, with accountability for the strategic direction, performance and delivery of the SOC Local Programme across policing and partner agencies.   The postholder is responsible for driving the SOC Local strategy nationally, ensuring a coherent, consistent and effective whole-system response to SOC threats within communities.
