This week, our Head of Programmes, Rupinder Drew had the pleasure of visiting Westminster City School along with our Tycoon London Competition partners Odin Partnership. We spoke with Alexandra and Paula, the founders of AP Baked It, a bakery business bringing sweet treats and tray bakes to their school and local community. Despite facing early challenges, the duo worked hard to diversify their product range and refine their pricing strategy to establish a solid share in the food market. Programmes like Tycoon are vital in providing young people a safe environment to explore entrepreneurship, free from the fear of failure and financial pressure. A space to experiment and learn the skills that will shape their future #careers.
