تعرّف على المتحدثين الرئيسيين في منتدى الشبكة العربية لضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي 2026 (ANQAHE) الأستاذة الدكتورة دانييلا كريستينا غيتسوليكا تشغل الأستاذة الدكتورة دانييلا كريستينا غيتسوليكا منصب رئيس الرابطة الأوروبية لضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي (ENQA)  منذ عام 2025، وهي عضو في مجلس إدارتها منذ عام 2018. كما تشغل منصب المدير العام للوكالة الرومانية لضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي (ARACIS) ومقرها بوخارست، رومانيا. كما شغلت سابقًا منصب مدير مكتب وزير التربية والتعليم الوطني في رومانيا، وأسهمت لأكثر من 20 عامًا في تنسيق مكونات التعليم العالي ضمن البرامج الممولة من البنك الدولي والمنفذة من قبل الوزارة.   وتتمتع بخبرة واسعة في مجال ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي على المستويين الوطني والدولي. وعلى مدار مسيرتها المهنية، أسهمت بشكل بارز في تطوير السياسات والممارسات المتعلقة بضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي، وشاركت بفاعلية في العديد من المبادرات والشبكات الأوروبية والدولية المعنية بالارتقاء بجودة التعليم العالي وتعزيز التعاون بين مؤسساته. وتقديرًا لإسهاماتها البارزة في تطوير التعليم، منحها رئيس رومانيا عام 2004 وسام «الاستحقاق في التعليم» بإحدى أعلى درجاته.  Meet the Keynote Speakers of the Arab Network For Quality Assurance and Accreditation - ANQAHE Forum 2026 Prof. Daniela Cristina Ghitulica Prof Daniela Cristina Ghițulică has served as President of ENQA: European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education since 2025 and has been a member of its Board since 2018. She is also the Director General of the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS), based in Bucharest, Romania. She also was director of the Romanian Minister of National Education office and has coordinated the higher education components of World Bank-financed programs implemented by the ministry for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in quality assurance and academic accreditation at both the national and international levels. Throughout her career, she has contributed significantly to the development of quality assurance policies and practices in higher education and has been actively involved in numerous European and international initiatives and networks dedicated to enhancing the quality of higher education and fostering cooperation among higher education institutions.
