It's been a busy fortnight for the National College of Ireland team! Last week, we were delighted to attend the Employment & Recruitment Federation TalentCon 2026, in a day filled with the latest insights into the world of recruitment. NCI Governing Body Chairperson, Brendan McGinty discussed ongoing challenges in the sector with Shauna Dunlop, Minna Melleri, Jack Kennedy and moderated by Siobhan M Kinsella MBA. This week, we took part in The CIPD in Ireland Annual Conference at the RDS connecting with prospective students about our range of courses in Human Resource Management, Learning and Development and Employment Law in addition to our wonderful alumni. We were thrilled to be a finalist in seven categories last night at the The Education Awards 2026, a testament to our central mission of Changing Lives Through Education. Darragh Brien, our Apprenticeship Engagement Specialist attended Central Bank of Ireland Apprenticeship Fair to fly the flag for the Apprenticeship courses at NCI.
