We also explored different cooperation and financing models between cities, banks, and developers. 👉 The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, which has enabled the modern development of Gdańsk’s historic centre on municipal land under specific conditions. 👉 A financing model widely used in Poland, where development projects are partially financed by buyers during the construction phase. The model is supported by a dedicated purchaser protection system, which helps ensure buyers' interests are safeguarded throughout the development process.
