I am incredibly excited and grateful to share that I have accepted an offer to join the NHS Scientist Training Programme (STP) in Cardiac Science at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. With over 11,000 applications submitted across all specialties this year, I feel extremely privileged to have secured a place on one of the NHS’s most competitive graduate training programmes. The STP offers a unique opportunity to combine workplace training with a fully funded MSc, ultimately leading to registration as a Clinical Scientist. I am looking forward to beginning this journey at Royal Papworth, learning from experienced colleagues, developing my skills, and contributing to safe, effective and patient-centred care.
