It's official! I graduated with a Master of Liberal Arts in the field of Psychology from Harvard. 🎓 It took 4.5 years while balancing building my dream company. 🚀 On May 28th, I will hit the road to Cambridge, with cherished family and friends, where I will have the honour of participating in a deeply traditional Harvard ceremony that dates back to 1642, “The Morning Exercises”! I will march across Harvard Yard donned in full academic regalia, in the early morning, just as thousands have done before. The procession is a visual symbol of continuity, emphasizing perseverance and readiness to make a meaningful contribution to the wider world. That meaningful contribution is what fuels me, day in and out. To create programs where people experience the awesome power of coaching. On that day my name will be called to walk across a stage to receive the proof of my commitment to continuous learning. More significantly, it will be a walk that symbolizes the courage it took to pursue this degree in the face of terrifying personal challenge 💜 . 🌟 What fills me with the greatest pride is my determination to do it FOR and WITH my family, and my team– discovering what is possible when you hold tightly to unwavering faith in WHAT and WHO you believe in. The experience has been pivotal for Coach Academy, bringing the richness of empirical, grounded evidence to all of our programs, a significant step toward differentiating Professional Coaches from someone who calls themselves a coach with no training or education. This achievement has introduced me to the Ivy League experience in education, which has inspired everything we do at Coach Academy. Our learning community has become the "Coaching Ivy League" – thanks to the team that supports and stands behind every (often crazy 😅 ) pursuit to raise the bar and truly deliver “unreasonable” hospitality and quality. I am profoundly grateful for this extraordinary journey. It is a true privilege that fuels my passion to continue doing all I can to make a difference for humanity. A HUGE thank you to everyone in our community -you know who you are 💜 . You are the inspiration to keep building this Global Coaching Hub of Excellence. The Coach Academy team (now 25 across UK, Canada and USA) is pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo to elevate Professional Coaching to higher global standards.
