A tribute to Simon Critchell, CEO of Richemont Inc. I do not want to make a long post, I would just like that the death of #Simon Critchell , former CEO of Richemont Inc, would not happen without any tribute. He has been one of my bosses when I worked at Cartier. I must say that either I was lucky or…. Thanks to our 2 great mentors: #Alain Dominique Perrin and #Michel Guten, people at Cartier were outstanding managers, because they were humans, men and women ( but at that time they were not too many female bosses 😊 ) who care for their team, who listened to them, who wanted them to grow, and very important: Fairness was important to them. It was not a time of only Procedures and Reporting. Simon was that kind of men: Listening, giving, teaching, and of course in return demanding but in a positive and constructive way : not for himself but for the Company. I will remember him forever, and it is thanks to him ( but not only my other bosses were great as well), that I have been able to grow up and to get one of my best job ever : CEO of VCA Americas ( with another great female boss, by the way: #Isabelle Guichot). So , I want to thank Simon, and I want everybody to remember him as a great boss, an outstanding person, a chef  ( I wanted to write it in french, it is not a mistake!) …and may be  some of the people who remember him could add to this post, to give him a big….tribute, warm and fair…. Thank you Simon, I will not forget you. P.S I hope I did not make too mistakes, writing in English.
