8 years ago, I was in my kitchen, cooking two babies : Nats Rawline and my daughter, Lola. I had no business plan, no team — just a feeling that I had to try. Today, NATS turns 8. What started as an idea — a shift, a wake-up call — turned into a purpose, a brand, and a team of 36 incredible humans. From 100 raw cakes a day to over 30.000 a day. From me alone in my kitchen to exporting my raw cakes to 30 countries worldwide. From daring to try something crazy to something I never dared to fully imagine. But one thing hasn’t changed: The mission. Eat better. To feel better. To do better. For the body, the mind, the planet. I probably never imagined I’d live this, but here we are. We grew. We failed. We learned. We grew again. Still raw. Still real. Still grateful. To everyone who believed, tasted, shared, worked, built and kept showing up : Thank you. You made this real.
