We're Hiring: EVMS Program Leader at Iridium! Iridium is seeking an experienced Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Program Leader to help establish and drive our corporate EVMS capability supporting critical government programs. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing EVMS processes, maintaining compliance with government requirements, integrating EVMS across cross-functional teams, supporting audits, implementing best practices, and leveraging tools such as Deltek Cobra, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project. The ideal candidate brings: ✅ 12+ years of EVMS experience supporting government contracts ✅ Deep understanding of DCMA/DCAA compliance requirements ✅ Experience leading EVMS implementation and continuous improvement initiatives ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills This role offers the opportunity to shape Iridium’s EVMS strategy while supporting mission-critical satellite communications that connect people and organizations anywhere on Earth. 📍 Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in office) 🇺🇸 U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a government security clearance required.
