I am now back to work after a week in the beautiful Lake District after hiking over 100km climbing a few mountains, including my favourite, Helvellyn. As I am getting older, I am finding the heights more intimidating (TERRIFYING), and I can freeze if I look up/down but I got there by focusing on one step at a time. Back at work, I realise we need to use the same mindset to recruitment and today (step 1&2) - I have these 2 fully remote UK roles to fill!
