This was so predictable. And was the reason so many of us fought the use of tech tools in schools, whilst those seduced by “shiny new things” like tablets and laptops ridiculous argued that kids needed to learn how to use these tools to be able to work in the new economy. Notwithstanding that most used them to replace using libraries for research, to entertain themselves, and not to code. My own kids know less about how a computer functions than their middle-aged mom, despite spending so much time on them.
