Digital Chemistry @ Syngenta | AI, Graphs & Data-Driven Innovations

🔔 Today marks 2 years at Syngenta —and Day 1 in my new role as Principal Scientist! Together we transformed long white board discussions with Marco Stenta and Marta Pasquini into Noctis: a pip-installable, open-source package that turns reaction strings into a chemistry graph. Noctis is already powering route searches and is on track to become the backbone of our synthesis-assisting tools. I’m grateful to everyone who’s shared this journey so far, and I’m excited for what comes next! Curious? Check out the repo and the preprint—links in the comments 👇 (the image represents how i think the route mining from reaction data is happening ✨) #Noctis #Syngenta #OpenSourceChemistry #ChemInformatics #ComputerAidedSynthesis
