What an inspiring week in Munich! Together with Warren Koch, Rodrick Sibanda, and Nelda Breytenbach, I had the opportunity to meet with teams from different specialty areas, other markets, and new offerings — all focused on strengthening and deepening the Munich Re value proposition and finding new ways to deliver value to our clients. What stood out most was the spirit of collaboration — how we can work more closely across markets, learn from one another, and ensure our collective expertise translates into even greater client impact. This week reinforced that, despite being a global organisation, the Munich Re world can (and should) feel small — connected through shared purpose, aligned on critical underwriting topics, and full of opportunities to innovate and strengthen partnerships.
