AI Project Management

Hello everyone! I am happy to share that this month I have made one of my old dreams come true - I am starting a new position as Project Manager in Amadeus France 🇨🇵. This is a fresh start that not only means coming back to project management, but it also means a complete new life starting for me. For years I thought that moving from Spain to another country would mean a lot of stress again (had already enough in the past when coming from Russia to Spain), but this year I said to myself "I can do it! It's now or never" and I just did it 🙂✌️ I always felt a connection with France, its language, culture, the way of living. And I am happy to be here now. When I was considering moving, some people were rightly warning me that it would be very complicated due to several reasons, that it could be challenging to find a job that would suit me, that maybe I should think about slowing down my career (the assumption was that in Madrid there could be more opportunities) or consider taking opportunities with lower corporate level - fair enough, and I was almost ready to do so. But there was one day when I texted someone saying "I don't know how but I will find something that will secure me a permanent contract in Nice, it will be a job that I will like and it will give me growth opportunities". I honestly don't know what stars were aligned but I ✅✅✅ all three. I took a risk again. Because I believe that when you are at the age of 40+ you need to ensure you do what you want, you live where you chose to live, you make any decision you want - because this is your life and your dreams. I would like to say THANK YOU to people who supported me on the way, who listened to my long "podcasts" over WhatsApp during several months (poor people 😆), people who believed in me. Thanks a lot to My ex-line managers Maciej Zwierzanski, PMP® and Fabien Lamourette, my colleagues Loïc Joffre, Ritesh Shah, PMP®, Stefania Asperti, David Lehmann, Frederic N. Aleksandra P. ♥️♥️♥️ And of course a huge MERCI to my new line manager Bernard RAOUX, the guy who didn't know me at all, who gave me an opportunity and made this all practically happen. 🙏 And once again: there is nothing we cannot do! Don't ever believe if anyone tells you otherwise. I don't know where and how I will end up, but I do know that we draw our Destiny thanks to how we behave, what we feel, the decisions we make, the risks we take, the effort we make and the faith we have.
