The appeal of Nashville’s culinary scene caught the eyes of two Nevada bakers, and their brand is on the way to Nashville. Aubrey O'Laskey and Tyler OLaskey realized that making their own breads and pastries came to yield better products than local bakers in Nevada could offer. But after opening Perenn Bakery, Perenn Grocery and their Claio Rotisserie restaurant — together forming Transparent Hospitality — they realized that growth meant moving out of town. That’s where Music City came in.
