Every second matters in the life-saving world of organ transplantation.   NASA Langley is teaming up with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) to explore how advanced aviation technologies, including drones, could help improve the speed and reliability of donor organ transport.   The collaboration brings together NASA’s aeronautics expertise and UNOS’ role at the center of the U.S. transplant network to address time-sensitive challenges in organ delivery.   This effort could help improve delivery timelines, enhance transplant outcomes, and save lives.   Read more: https://lnkd.in/eNhNiVQW Image Credit: UNOS
