Inviting Leadership Into the Vision Ideas inside institutions only become real when people choose to believe in them early. There is always a stage where vision is still fragile. Still becoming. And what carries it forward in those moments is not just execution. It is belief. One of the parts of building AccessU I appreciated most was personally engaging leadership across the bank and inviting them into the thinking behind what we were building. Not simply to attend an event. But to understand why youth behavior is changing. Why digital life is reshaping finance. Why a new generation will require systems designed around how they actually live, earn, build, and move today. And honestly, seeing the openness, curiosity, encouragement, and support throughout that process meant a lot.
