Morning #Linkedin! That time a ping pong paddle taught me more than a PMP certification. Two ping pong players, poised and ready. Guy goes for the serve, clips the edge of the table, loses his paddle, and it flies across to smack the other dude square in the forehead. 🤯 Comedy gold. But seriously, that is a project launch waiting to happen. That paddle is your core process. If your grip is loose on the fundamentals before you even swing, that one tiny slip does not just mess up your serve, it also turns into a projectile that takes out your teammate. The PM Lesson here? Check your setup. Run that dry rehearsal. Lock down your foundation before you hit go.
