Over the weekend, at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, I had the privilege of moderating a thought-provoking panel on Integrating Values into Education and Society. 🌿 The National Conclave was inaugurated by Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of Law & Judiciary, Government of India, Shri Subodh Tiwari, CEO of Kaivalyadhama, with Dr Rajan Welukar, Vice Chancellor, ATLAS SkillTech University as Guest of Honour. The discussion with Mr. Sachin Kalbag, Mr. Rohit Kumar, and Mrs. Ekta Shah was nothing short of powerful — filled with wisdom, diverse perspectives, and deep reflections on how we can embed values into the fabric of our learning and living. 💡 My top learnings from the panel discussion: 1️⃣ Value-based education goes beyond curriculum — it is about infusing empathy, ethics, and purpose in every interaction. 2️⃣ To cultivate collective well-being, we must transition from “I” to “We” in classrooms, workplaces, and communities. 3️⃣ Media and communication don’t just shape what we know, but how we think — and that makes ethics indispensable. A heartfelt thank you to my fellow panelists for their insights, to Tanu Mehta Ma'am, our mentor, for her provoking thoughts and guidance 🙏, and to Kaivalyadhama for curating such a meaningful dialogue. Always surrounded by the best: Bhaven and Aman! The conclave reminded me once again that while skills prepare us for a career, values prepare us for life. 🌸 #Kaivalyadhama #NationalConclave #ValuesInEducation #Empathy #Ethics #CollectiveWellbeing #YogaWithValues #HolisticLeadership
