Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the NAIOP Silicon Valley 5th Annual University Case Study Challenge held at Palo Alto Square! Students participated in a case competition to pitch a new development for this year's site, Palo Alto Square. All of the teams delivered thorough and professional presentations that impressed the judges. The competition was incredibly close this year, but Santa Clara University took home the grand prize as well as the Audience Choice Award! Congratulations to Santa Clara! Great job to Riley Baker, Ryan Crow, Nicholas Canter, Oliver Heldfond, and Emma Walsh!
