When HUGO BOSS first launched its manufacturing operations in İzmir in 1999, Döndü Ünal was one of its first employees. As a young textile engineer, Döndü found the chance to witness and contribute to the transformation of this state-the-art facility. And today, she is at HUGO BOSS AG’s headquarters in Germany as Vice President, Manufacturing Excellence to develop all our suppliers.   Noting that women accounted for 58 percent of the leadership of HUGO BOSS Textile Industries in İzmir, Haktar said, “I can safely say that this afforded me the opportunity to build my career in a privileged ecosystem in terms of gender equality.”
