We had an inspiring session at last week’s #UXSouthAfrica Workshop Series, filled with meaningful learning and collaboration. We played the "Hamburger Game" — a hands-on Service Design simulation that offers a dynamic way to explore delivery optimisation. Unlike traditional static artefacts, this approach integrates visual elements of a service with real-time internal and external insights.
