After an incredible journey, I’m saying goodbye to Miele. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to my amazing team (Sales Operations) — you’ve been more than colleagues; you’ve been a daily source of motivation, collaboration, and fun. A special thank you to my close colleagues in Sales and across other departments—it’s been a privilege to work alongside such talented and passionate people. I’m also deeply grateful to Xavier Ringoir and Raffaella Berardo for challenging me, supporting me, and believing in my potential. Thank you for the opportunities to grow, to lead, and to continuously learn. Miele will always hold a special place in my heart, and I leave with not only great memories but lasting friendships. Soon, I’m looking forward to a new adventure—stay tuned!
